• Monitoring the work flow of day to day operations of purchases, sales, debtors, creditors, cost controls, expenses, banking transactions.
• To check & authorize day to day cash & bank transactions, Reconciliation with bank, Debtors & Creditors.
• Verification of books of accounts i.e Purchase register, Sales Register, Cash and bank books, Journal Register, Ledgers, Debit and Credit Note Register
• Certification of material bill, Sub-Contractors bills and Labor Contractors bills, to check booking of certified bills in books and reconciliation.
• Supervising of all works in accounts and compliance of statutory requirements.
• Monitoring banking operations for collections and payment, Latter of credit, Cash Credit Account etc. Petty Cash reconciliation with physical denominations.
• Preparation of Payable Cheques and Payroll processing.
• To arrange funds from HO for making timely payments to the Suppliers.
• Control on all Cash transactions like Salaries / Overtime and other petty cash expenses of the company.
• Preparing and reconciliation of financial statements in compliance with the norms.

VAT
• Expertise in monthly workings of VAT and making the tax payment on or before the due date.
• Reconciliation of monthly sales income and VAT Tax Payable on income.
• Maintaining the VAT Tax input register on monthly basis.
• Preparing and Filing of VAT returns on monthly and Quarterly basis.

Statutory Audit of Companies
• In depth audit planning including pre- audit activities and risk assessment based on company organization structure.
• Determination of selection process and conducting test of control and test of details
• Reviewing income statement and statement of position including statutory compliances.
• Delivering final report and subsequent follow up

Internal Audit of Companies
• Expertise in conducting risk based audit by understanding the process, identifying operational, financial and compliance risk, identifying controls, prepare audit program and drafting an audit report with findings, implications and recommendations
• Discussing the report with Management/Department Head for comments and corrective action
• Delivering final report and subsequent follow up

Taxation
• Expertise in filing income tax returns for individuals, partnership firms and corporate
• Income Tax computation of employees of various clients and assisting in providing consultancy to the companies to enable them to build a remuneration package, which can minimize the tax burden of employees within the provisions of Income Tax Act, 1961.

Tax Filing:

• Working with tax related work as filing monthly return of VAT, Service tax, Central Excise and GST.
