* Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the receipt, storage and dispatch of goods.
* Supervise and control order picking, goods in goods out operations to insure accuracy
with minimum handling and stock damage.
* Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
* Purchase items from local suppliers to stock in warehouse and deliver to the shop as per order.
* Ensure that all relevant procedures and processes are followed and adhered to in line with the Company’s procedures and requirements
* Create LPO (LOCAL PURCHASE ORDER) and invoices
* All transfer and received items process thru system.
* Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
* Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
* Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
* Operates forklift.
* Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
* Monitor stock levels in order to highlight minimum and excess levels and therefore prevent item shortages.
* Sending and answer emails using Microsoft outlook.
* Maintain receipts, records and stocks withdrawals of the warehouse
* Preparing daily order’s from Production, Café’s and Retail.
* Posting all transfer orders inbound and outbound receipt through System.
* Received shipment by land or air, unload and inspect deliveries for damage or discrepancies and report to the concern for approval.
* Performing other stock related duties, including receiving local purchase items, arranging and check return items from café and retail.
* Put away and replenish items on designated location using forklift and other electronic machine in warehouse.
* Responsible for monthly inventory and inventory adjustment.
* Maintain and ensure FIFO (First IN First OUT).
* Purchase items from local suppliers to stocks in warehouse and deliver to the shop as per order.
* Create LPO (LOCAL PURCHASE ORDER) and invoices.
* Monitor stocks and inspect expired items for proper disposal.
* Quality Control
* Ensure adequate record keeping and manage all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory tally through system and physical.
* Follow up and preparing documents for clearing agents for the incoming shipments.
* Picking and put-away stocks
* Sending email using Microsoft outlook.
* Maintain safety and cleanliness of warehouse.
