All types of Valves including Pressure Seal Valves, their passing problems rectification, Leakage attend (gland, bonnet, and body) by clamping or welding box - up or sealant injection.
Exchangers
Shell and tube, Plate type, their cleaning by HP Jetting or Mechanical, Bundle pulling and pushing, tube leakage rectification, Plug and tube welding according to procedure, Tube sheet repairing, Hydraulic and Pneumatic test.
Steam Traps
Various types of Steam traps like Mechanical, Thermostatic and their passing problems rectification and maintenance.
On line leakage rectification
Online leakage from weld joint, valve bodies/ bonnet/ glands, flanges or process line are rectified by welding, peening welding or installing the box up arrangement.
Fabrication
Fabrication of piping according to isometric drawings, as per snamprogetti’s piping specifications & P&ID’s.
Glass level gauges
All types of GLG are for example Transparent, Reflex, Bi- color. Their glass replacement, lapping, GLG body repairing.
Pressure vessels/ columns
Vessels & columns maintenance, leakage rectification, relining, buttering and welding according to welding procedure.
Shutdown & Turnaround activities at FFC-I FFC-II & FFBL
•To assist preparation of job package.
•Preparation of job plane with complete description and sequence of job.
•Calculation of man power estimated hrs. Material and tool equipment.
•Assist for any other technical information such as material and drawing.
•Rectification/overhauls of Defective Equipment on Plant site & inside the workshop according to equipment maintenance procedure.
•Testing of new equipment according to Supervisor instruction.
•Making sketch of corroded and damage parts of any equipment.
Experience: (05 years) I'm working as A Mechanical Technician in FFC (Fauji Fertilizer Company plant site Goth Machhi, Sadiq Abad) from 25 Apr. 2013 to Present.
