Duties and Responsibilities:
Processing of Maintenance Orders (MOs)
Surveys the location of work requests/work orders to identify the activities including the condition of the work area.
Plans the activities to be done, assigns the labor/craft needed for each activity and attaches the materials that can be used.
Assigns the Work Order to corresponding custodian for approval.
Closely monitors and updates the implementation of Work Orders with the execution group and monitors the progress from initiation to completion.
Attends daily coordination meeting with the Execution Group and Operations for the status, progress and follow up of work orders.
Reviews/monitors materials and manpower costs in executing MO.
Generation of Preventive Maintenance Schedules
Prepares summary of work orders received daily and discusses with both Operations and Execution Group for scheduling.
Reviews and generates daily scheduled PM/CM including Lubrication Preventive Maintenance.
Support to Turnaround Maintenance Work
Consolidates and prepares turnaround work list based on work requests and planned maintenance works which serve as a guide for planning and scheduling.
Coordinates with the Maintenance Execution Group regarding the activities and materials for the turnaround.
Prepares purchase requisitions on some materials (stock or non-stock items) required for the turnaround.
Prepares manpower loading/schedule to determine the number of manpower required for the turnaround which includes determination on the number of manpower supplied by outside contractor.
Prepares detailed turnaround schedule for Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and control Systems and other related jobs for the turnaround.
Assists the Maintenance Planning Group in the update of the turnaround activities progress.
Attends the daily coordination meeting for the turnaround status and progress evaluation.
