Responsibilities:
- Ensure all products balances are accurate and quantities are in the safe ranges.
- Ensures taking all precaution needed to safeguard the stock items taking into consideration the priority for orders, offers, and demand forecasting.
- Develop studies concerning the reorder points.
- Plans and prepares production schedules for manufacture of industrial and commercial products and distribute production schedules and work orders to departments, through preparing all work orders on I Scala system.
- Prepare periodic reports shows the status of actual production volume, stocks transactions versus demand forecast, slow and fast moving items, capacity utilization, order compliance, production adherence, downtimes.
