Sending Shipment advises to the customers and coordinates for the document copies & shipment arrival in the destination port.
Follow up for the collection of document to the customers

Checking the Monthly Expenses of our sales team, and requesting for the reimbursement if approved
Coordinating with courier company for any documents / Parcel sending outside the country
Requesting for courier Payment to the Accounts Department & calling courier company to collect the payment
Applying Gate Pass for the Visitors through online portal
Responsible for accurate and timely issue of quotations and various proforma invoice to our customers as required.
To process inquiries by phone, fax and email.
To meet customers on our premises to discuss their requirements.
Actively supported company sales team - Coordinated sales details, pre-sale material and after-sale deliveries.
Handling the international supplier’s contact in good relationship.
Working extra hours if required to ensure company business objectives are met.
Thorough knowledge of On-Line Marketing tools for GCC and African countries.
Very Good Knowledge of Export Documentation.
Prepared clear sales analysis, as well as sales reports, sales-order status, sales agreements in-time
