• Screen, shortlist and interview candidates for bids, on-going projects and internal requirements.
• Provide recruitment advice to hiring managers.
• Develop recruitment strategy plans for newly won projects.
• Source, maintain, search and update relevant social media sites and networks
• Conduct market research and analysis regarding current trends relating to salaries and competitor activities and report relevant data to the management
• Develop, post and monitor ads on behalf of recruitment unit

• Monitoring and reporting of candidate and consultant availability

• Research and organize training for the recruitment team.

• Ensure attention to detail is observed with all dealings with clients and candidates
• Ensure that team complies with all recruitment unit’s day to day requirements

• Work with hiring managers in requisition for personnel and recruitment plan for each division in Finance, IT, Procurement, Retail, Catering and Technical Services including Oil and Gas.
