- Creating the form for renewal of contract
- Create forms, documents, related to the needs of both employees and of the management
- Working with the company's ERP system for updates and contract renewal
- Coordinating with different departments for any inquiries that employees forward to the HR department
- Create and upload Sheets for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of several requirements targeting the employees' needs
- Perform other tasks assigned from time to time
- Handle documents necessary to clear Filipino employees in the Philippine Labor Office
- Filing/Archiving company documents while maintaining its confidentiality
- Handling HR events (Photography, presentation, and publication)
- Constantly monitoring my e-mails and HR department global e-mails
- Creating quotes, invoices, and purchase orders for our IT Infrastructure projects
- Filing/archiving documents regarding the projects
- Constantly drawing plans for cabling and active network through AutoCad and Microsoft Visio
- Maintaining confidentiality of our files and tenders
- In constant contact of Customers and contractors for any new projects available
- Handling and scheduling business meetings and business trips for our CEO and colleagues
- Manage the warehouse inventory through files and updating the ERP system constantly
- Coordinating with each department for every project and its viability
- Creating costing sheets
- Preparing presentations and customer targeted slides
- Point of contact between the customer and our field engineers
- Arranging schedules of incoming and outgoing tickets
- Managing 3 different emails directed to 3 different customers (STC, Mobily, and Al-Inma)
- In-charge of Field engineer's tools & network peripherals with its documentations
- Constantly working with executive management to solve escalated customer tickets
- Aiding the Field Engineers' through phone-call when facing configuration troubles
- Create and upload Sheets for daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of closed tickets and escalations
