• Ensure to meet customer expectations on direct service according to H&M standards
• Visual team follows up the visual Identity through the implementation of the commercial book, seasonal info.
• Ensure the team follows best practice on quantity, condition and maintenance for all visual merchandiser material and visual scheme orders, display stock and interior materials with sustainability in mind
• Provide good concept flow by maintaining the concept layout, fixtures and navigation
• Visual level in store can compete effectively in the local market by identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and sales
• Make a report in excel, power point presentation and send to merchandising team the feedback for slow moving & past moving stock
• Provide updates of all VM information material in the store
• Ensure that the store always has enough sale and activity material
• All communication in the windows and sales floor complies with local legislation
• Keep the whole store team up-to-date with business performance, new initiatives and other relevant issues
