Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide full-time IT EXECUTIVE Support for KNPC TOP Management (VIP IT SUPPORT).
- Provide immediate support to the Board Members during normal operating hours and augment with 24×7 on-call support.
- Configure, Install, Manage and Supports Laptops, MacBook, Android devices, iPhones, iPads Office Printers, Fargo Printers, Barco, Desktops and other peripherals.
- Strong skills in Windows Operating Systems, Office 365 and Mac OS .
- Support all Mobile technologies connecting the employees to the infrastructure including VPN, MS Teams, Zoom and Google Meet.

- Provide full-time IT EXECUTIVE Support for KNPC TOP Management (VIP IT SUPPORT Specialist)
- Configures, installs, and supports Desktops, Cisco IP Phones, Laptops, MacBook’s, Mobile devices, Printers, Monitors, portable data storage devices, and other peripherals.
