1-Project planning &allocation of resources, executing and organizing the project with in timescale and budget and manage any delays or problems encountered in site during construction of the project.
2- Monitoring site progress and quality of HVAC, Plumbing & Drainage & Firefighting works and compliance with approved shop drawings, project
specification and installation schedules.
3- Preparation of daily & weekly progress report in accordance with planned activities and reporting to project manager.
4- Preparing & submitting of engineering documents like RFI, Technical
Proposals & Scope Variation documentation.
5- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors.
6- Liaising with main contractors, Consultant’s &other subcontractors for civil clearances, smooth execution of MEP systems.
7- Ensure that all activities and works in the area of responsibility are done
in full compliance with the HSE requirements of company and the
relevant Authorities.
8- Utilized ERP system to create, track and analyze purchase orders for inventory management.
9- Worked for implementation of SAP in the engineering department & utilized SAP modules such as Material management, Project system.
10- Preparing and Submitting IR’s and Material Inspection Requests (MIR’s)
11- Responsible for monitoring & closing of Site observations & N.C.R.
12-Assist/Support client for civil authorities/Govt. bodies for their inspections & approvals.
13-Support/assist team for producing handing over
documentation.

1-Preparation, execution testing & commissioning of HVAC systems &
components as per compliance with the plan, shop drawing,
specification, Standard and schedule.
2-Arrange sufficient man power such as supervisor, foreman, duct fitter, pipe fitter etc. And ensure all of them attended safety orientation and having proper PPE’s prior start installation activities at site.
3-Closely monitor site activities to ensure quality of work is in compliance with approved shop drawing and specification and daily progress report
from site supervisors and foreman and update to project engineer.
4- Preparation of final test reports, as built drawing, operation&
maintenance manual and handing over the project to client.
