Operation and Maintenance of Fixed access network comprising the
below domains.
Fiber to the home (OLT, ODN, and ONT)
Fiber to the building (MDU )
Copper access NGDLC

• Track end to end incidents like alarms, logs etc
• Facilitate efficient handling of faults
• Troubleshooting OLT, NGDLC, Fiber and splitter faults
Coordinate with other state holders to determine the root cause and fix
complex service issues

• Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of fixed access equipments
• Identify and investigate repeated issues.
• Analyze and report on the impact of proposed changes
Ensure all network elements are properly integrated and monitored in
NMS system

• Manage support escalation with equipment vendors and track SLAs
• Assign incidents to technical resources and track progress
