Performing general technical office works & providing all kinds of Secretarial/Clerical support to the Project Manager.
Coordinate with Consultant & Subcontractors.
Preparing daily report to the Consultant.
Prepare Time Sheet, Leave application, Interim leave & Sick leave for the staff and send to the HR department.
Prepare all the submittals (Material, shop drawings, RFI, Site inspection request, etc) as per the specification & submit to the Consultant.
Maintain and distribute documents and submittals according to the Project distribution matrix.
To Assist to prepare the material submittals as per the specification, vendor's list and index. Moreover I have to do mentioned in the previous companies work descriptions.
Maintain incoming and outgoing correspondences, Facsimile Transmittals, emails & submittals (Shop drawings, Materials, Method Statement, RFI, NCR, etc.) as per the company protocol.
Maintaining and updating of soft copies of Specifications, drawings and material submissions in an organized and systematic way.
Maintain log of incoming and outgoing correspondences, Transmittals & submittals (Shop drawings, Materials, Method Statement, RFI, NCR, etc.).
Faxing, photocopying & scanning all the documents (letters, submittals etc.) for electronic filing.

Implementation of project standard document system in a well-organized and systematic way, as per the company standard.
Keeping track of all incoming and outgoing documents by logging into a spread sheet (log sheet) as per the company standard.

Moreover in Primavera Contract Management (Expedition), All the technical submittals (As-built Drawings, Shop Drawings, Material Submittals, Method Statement, RFI, NCR, etc) received from the Contractor We have to close the submittals through Primavera.
All the correspondence send to the Employer, Contractor through Aconex.
Uploading and sending CAD files of Design drawings, RFI, etc. to the Contractor via Aconex and keeping a track of the revisions.
Downloading and printing both Design and Shop Drawings receiving from other consultants (structural, electrical & mechanical) and keep a track of the same and updating the drawing register (Aconex).
Maintaining and updating of soft copies of Design Drawings, Construction Drawings, specifications and material submissions in an organized and systematic way.
Filing and keep track of Drawings and documents coming from various consultant and contractors etc.
Preparation of Weekly and Monthly reports on outstanding status
Preparation of work time sheets & monthly report for the Client.
Performing general technical office works & providing all kinds of Secretarial/Clerical support to the
Project Director.
Coordination with Sub Consultants, Contractor & Subcontractors.
