• Collaborate with the Material Engineer for material management, sampling, and testing of blocks,
steel rebar, and other materials.
• Submit samples of concrete raw materials to MPW.
• Perform tests in accordance with international standards (ASTM, BS) and Kuwait regulations.
• Oversee laboratory tests, including:
• Soil: Field density, proctor test, sieve analysis, atterberg limits, plate load, and CBR.
• Concrete: Prepare design trial mixes, test fresh concrete, perform cube crushing, and assess
block absorption.
• Precast: Supervise precast activities both on-site and at the plant.
• Aggregate: Conduct sieve analysis, flakiness tests, specific gravity assessments, and more.
• Asphalt: Inspect asphalt plants, perform sampling, and conduct various quality tests.
• Prepare monthly reports for laboratory tests and precast activities.
• Arrange calibration of laboratory equipment with MPW and third-party labs.
• Maintain documentation of all related activities and paperwork.
