Major area :Ethane Recovery Unit, Sulphur Unit, Gas cracking, Quench system, acid gas removal, dryers, gas compression, gas separation, Gas metering, Storage and Flare system.
Role & Responsibility
-Deep Hands-on experience in all aspects of Process engineering applications at Ethylene cracker unit, LNG, Amine Treating Unit, Sulphur Recovery Unit, Effluent treatment plant, Utilities and offsite.
-Heat and Material Balance, PFD/P&ID development, optimization studies, project philosophies.
-Process equipment/Instrument sizing and data sheet preparation
-Participation in SIL/HAZOP Reviews and Preparation of close out reports
-Process Simulation Skills: ASPEN HYSYS, PROII, PIPEFLOW, CONVAL and FLARENET
-Team player with a track record of effective interaction within multidisciplinary teams, clients and vendors
-Plant turnaround related activities including shutdown /start-up, catalyst unloading/loading and other activities.
-Expertise to coordinate technical review (Management of change Process) meetings for modifications in plant.
-Monitoring performance of plants and facilities, preparing daily performance summary and recommending corrective actions to deal with abnormalities.
-Coordination with Operations to conduct Test Runs, tests new chemicals and implements changes in plant operations.
-Prepares data for new projects and major revamps.

==Role & Responsibility:
-Assistance in Comissioning and Start up of Ethylene plant
- Provide the day to day technical support required to maintain the unit in order to meet planned production.
-Optimize the plant performance & track key yield parameters to ensure the smooth & efficient functioning of the plant.
-Preparation of Production plan & coordination with Business Planner.
-Preparation of Daily Production Report.
-Preparation of Turnaround report.
-Preparation of Month End Closing report.
-Monitor Product Quality & advice for Trouble Shooting.
-Monitor Utilities, Chemicals & Catalysts consumption & Inventory Calculations.
-Identification of Plant Bad Actors & Production Losses.
-Trouble shooting all operational Problems & provide technical solutions.
-Participate in PHA and HAZOP studies for MOCs Packages.
-Leading in Waste Management.
-Preparation of Environmental Report.
Gas Cracker Unit: To Produce Ethylene, Propylene as a main Product and Hydrogen, Methane, Gasoline and C4 mix as a By product by Thermal cracking of Ethane, Propane and LPG, designed by Stone and Webster Egg. Co., USA. Plant is engineered by EIL. Delhi .working in hot section area.
Duration 1.5 years.
Natural Gas Liquefaction Unit: The Unit is designed to process 9 mmscmd of Semi Rich Gas to recover ethane, propane and heavier components present in the Natural gas through Flash Vapor Recovery process a technology from Technip KTI USA.
Duration 5 years.
Reporting to Manager Operations.
• Managing a team of engineers and operators in the above units
• Preparation of Daily production report and morning reports
• Day to day operation and coordination with other process unit in delivering the intermediate and product streams.
• Guide lines to operating staff for trouble shooting
• SOP preparation and implementation
• Process and quality parameter trend analysis and work instructions to adjust the operating condition with in the standard.
• Maintenance follow-up and raising the notifications through SAP system
• Active role in Quality, Safety and Environment Audits viz. ISO 9000:2000(QMS), ISO 14000(EMS), OSHAS 18000.
• Strength to work with HSEF procedures.
• Performing and meeting the targets and goal set by the management time to time.
• As an Incident coordinator during Level 1 emergency.
