- Responsibility over the IT portfolio within the bank ITPMO; this includes corporate & retail banking projects;
- Issuing IT RFPs and evaluate responses.

- I was also responsible for planning the projects technical resources and overseeing the quality procedures related to the project;
My main duties were to manage the operation of the IT Department to ensure high availability and security to the firm operation. Preparation of the IT strategy and objectives to be aligned with the group’s objectives.
My other tasks were creating communication channels with concerned parties (higher management) to ensure the execution of the work to be within agreed time frame and budgets. I also had to manage the day-to-day activities of the IT department and create a system recovery plan for the data insure ongoing service.
My main duties were to communicate with vendors/developers to define the scope of work and project plans. Prepare requirements of the marketing department based on workshops with the business users and include that in the project. Manage a website creation by other party and identify and track issue and mitigation.
I also had to manage the day-to-day activities of the Website including web pages and HTMLs.
My main duties were to manage a public and retail sector projects which includes implementing a fleet management system, HR/PR and financial system for a public sector in Abu Dhabi.
I was also responsible for managing another project for Navigation firm. The tasks include tracking project activities, responsibility over the project team and provide technical support and control for integrator team. Monitoring the project status, by providing indicators of the project status risks and issues for the stakeholders.
My main duties were to manage and operate the computer department to move forward towards inter-organization Retail ERP automation. Mobilizing the required support from the various business units and functional departments to improve progress and developing Security plans and to secure the project and the data.
