- Assisted project team in developing and maintaining construction schedules using Primavera P6,
contributing to baseline preparation and ensuring alignment with project milestones and contract
requirements.
- Update project programmes regularly (baseline updates, progress updates, schedule re-sequencing) and
perform progress forecasting.
- Create and deliver progress reports, including S-Curve analyses and bar-chart reports, for weekly and
monthly progress reviews.
- Prepare lookaheads and short-term work plans to coordinate upcoming activities and resources.
- Monitor project timelines and interface with site teams to track actual vs. planned progress and highlight
critical path items.
- Assist in preparation of extension of time.
