I work as a Sales Leader in one of the leading companies in Middle East in Sports Management Solutions. My main duties are as follows:
• Contact new leads in the Middle East area and present to them our innovative Sports Business management software and help them manage more efficiently their whole operations and create better client experience.
• Act as a Business Consultant to our partners and help them grow their business.
• Follow up on our Sales Team and make sure they are reaching their KPIs and assist them so we can all grow as one unit and work all for the best interest of our company and our partners.
Since I started working at Korri Group which is part of A&K Autoteile GMBH- Weilburg, Germany and we are distributors of Automotive aftermarket brands with special focus on African and Middle eastern markets and I succeeded in the following:
-Negotiated better prices and better terms of payment with our suppliers which in turn helped me to offer more competitive prices to my existing clients and the new prospects.
- Handling the sales cycle & market improvements in the West African and Middle Eastern market and succeeded in maintaining and expanding assigned customers’ accounts and attracting new customers to work with our company.
- Follow up on logistics cycle all the way to shipping the orders to our customers and handled preparing offers, customers’ orders and invoices to our customers and following up with them on their due payments.
-Increased Gross Sales profit by 3%.
- Provide support to other account managers when needed and work closely with the CEO on forecasting the sales reports for the whole year.
-I succeeded in attracting new prospect clients to work with us and I exceeded my sales targets in the last quarter of 2021 .
I was hired as a Sales manager at ClearTech directly after I left Edenred that terminated its work in Lebanon due to the economic crisis and at ClearTech I was responsible for:
• Developing new Sales Strategies to communicate with our existing clients and reaching new prospects during the Covid Pandemic and we
succeeded in attracting several multinational companies to work with us.
• Servicing and managing our big accounts and promoting our new digital solutions.
• Mentoring and managing a team Sales Consultants. We succeeded in landing 2 big contracts with an NGO and a multinational company and succeeded in regaining 47% of our lost business during the economic crisis.
• Conducted several training sessions to the sales department to expand their knowledge in the Digital marketing and online sales communication
tools to compensate the absence of live face to face meetings during this pandemic.
· Creating Sales forecasts and annual budget and I succeeded in minimizing any unnecessary cost and increasing the ROI by 18% after 7 months of initiating my work at ClearTech.
As a Senior Sales Executive for Edenred, I was responsible for:
• Developing new business relationships in my territory. Landed two large contracts with a national bank and 2 multinational companies in the first 6 months.
• Servicing and managing 150+ target accounts consisting of national banks, restaurants, transportation companies etc.
• Mentoring and managing a team of Junior Sales Consultants. We increased team sales by 24% in the first year.
• Creating and implementing new sales strategies to regain previously lost business. We successfully converted 22% of sales calls.
As a Regional Project Manager for almost 6 years at Kristie’s SARL, I created positive value in the following areas:
• Directed the sales departments which consisted of 4 Account Managers and 150+ staff members, supervised the recruiting process and conducted monthly training sessions for the team.
• Mentored, managed, and supervised an inside and outside sales team of 150 employees.
• Oversaw and led the marketing campaigns for our major corporate partners, which included Samsung, P&G, Najjar, Unilever, JTI etc in
Lebanon, Jordan & Kuwait. I was recognized for growing those key accounts and increasing gross revenues and I was recognized by my management and the clients whom I managed their projects for being able along with my team to exceed the expectations in terms of sales and brand awareness.
• Created and analyzed financial reports and presented our performance to the company executives. Helped in executing company’s vision in terms of operational efficiency and increases net profits.
• Increased new business acquisitions by 65% in a 6-year period and analyzed maturing data to improve financial results, increase ROI and
eliminate unnecessary expenses.
During my work in Creative Impact, I have succeeded in achieving the following:
•Started as a merchandiser and was promoted to Lead a team of merchandisers and supervisors to oversee all BTL activities related to our clients in several Key Account
• Advised our partner clients on new marketing strategies and concepts for several brands based on feedback from surveys conducted and focus
groups.
