I worked as a project quality Manager and Valeo’s representative in the customer’s plant with the Division Quality Director
Customer liaison, related with the Renault Traffic / Vauxhall Vivaro / Nissan Primastar; Van of the year 2002: Analyse returned parts and assist the customer to secure the manufacturing line; raise complaints, follow the action plans with my plant; answer customer complaints; review and manage the FMEA; control plans and work instructions following the customer’s complaints; monitor customer satisfaction; suggest quality improvement ideas and cost savings.
Project management from development to SOP plus 6 months, ensure to meet customer needs and conformance to customer specification; conduct internal process audits; follow up of the PPAP (ANPQP: Renault standard) of the initial samples; analyse action plans effectiveness; monitor FMEAs and ensure all process parameters are under control; assist and support customer’s other departments (engineering for changes, logistics and purchasing); monitor the monthly meetings with the customer in both customers plants: IBC Vehicles in Luton and Nissan in Barcelona.

Master degree in Quality management – UTC Compiegne, France A year speciality in quality management tools and project management, which qualifies me to work in quality management (FMEA, PDCA, 5W, 2H 5W, FTA ...). Equivalency: MBA degree.
Engineer degree in Mechanical engineering - ENIM Metz, France A 5 years multidisciplinary French engineering degree, which qualifies me to work in a mechanical, electrical, automated or computerised environment. All modern production management principles have been reviewed such as Kanban, 5’S, Poke Yoke… Utilisation of project management for industrial studies and internship. Equivalency: Master of Industrial Engineering.
