• Design and develop e-courses with ADDIE methodology utilizing Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline &Lectora.
• Plans, executes and manages the system implementation, upgrades, migration and development projects of Qatargas Learning Management System, the SAP LSO including the building up .
• Construct and management of a technical support help-desk for all e-Learning content & SAP LSO issues across Qatargas.
