Marketing main tasks:
• Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press or on the Radio / TV
• Managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters, e- newsletters…etc.
• Writing and proofreading copy Arabic / English / French
• Liaising with designers and printers
• Arranging the effective distribution of marketing materials
• Maintaining and updating customer databases

• Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchasing
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings with the decision makers
• Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays
• Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
• Developing quotes and proposals
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person

• Provide information regarding events in a comprehensive informative manner i.e., general information regarding the session, visa information, schedule of events.
