• Checking and deciding the amount of the variation depending on tender drawing and specification and the modification in the built and executed work at site.
• Attending meeting and discussing the progress of work at site.
• Suiting the general specifications to comply with the project depending on the type and location and local authorities' standards and the contract's requirements.
• Preparing reports and replying on third parties and management companies
• Discussing energy value analysis reports and making the compromise between the construction and the running cost savings.
• Preparing technical correspondence to local authorities, clients, management firms and contractors.
