Design and prepare tender documents (BOQs, illustrations, maps,
etc.)
• Field follow-up and monitoring on projects’ execution.
• Ensure proper information sharing and close coordination with
team members, management, & client.
• Planning project resources, and periodic tables.
• Assembling and Leading Project Team, coordinate between client,
sub-contractors, suppliers, and employees.
• Prepare budget estimation, time schedules, & schematics.
• Manage Issues and Risk, create risk analysis, SWOT, HSFE plan, &
statement method.
• Supervise the reporting & documentation for each project.
• Supervise the construction process, including sub - contractors.
• Ensure all assigned work is complete on time, within both safety
and quality regulations.
• Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
• Lead quality assurance
• Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project
outputs
• Monitor the work done by contractors to ensure high level of
productivity and quality.
• provide technical health, safety & environment guidance to ensure
development, implementation and improvement of environmental
programs.
• Build QA&QC System according to ISO 9001-2015, & OHSAS18001
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress;
coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing
procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as
needed.
• Train the company staff and aware them for HSFE hazards at each
project.

two-month training at Sigma Engineering and consultant as an
