Develop the new CS initiative plans and roadmap for cyber security governance.
Implement the action plan developed by manager by coordinating with stakeholders to
ensure that information security policies and procedures shall comply with organization
policies & CS regulatory requirements.
Conduct Risk Assessment by coordinating with stakeholders to identify cyber security
risks and ensure that high level risks are identified and mitigated ithrough the
implementation of risk treatment plans.
Compliance with NCA regulations, and organizational requirements.
Conduct required reviews, including security and compliance review according to the
organization's policies.
Develop or update documentation as per the ISMS standard requirement.
Conduct operational and process reviews in compliance with ISO27001 standards,
Documenting reports with clarity, and issuing findings with effective recommendations.
Risk Assessment by mitigating the risk to acceptable level to achieve the organization and
business objectives.
Perform Gap Analysis as per the defined scope.
Security assessment for project, security Compliance review, identify vulnerabilities and weaknesses, Risk identification.
-Troubleshooting escalated issue from level 1 support for the MPLS and collaborate services in a methodical manner to investigate and resolve the problem in a timely manner .
-Troubleshooting and configuring Cisco routers .
- processing the open tickets queue and updating the ticketing system.
Help the customer they have a technical problem with the receiver " decoder", and reply the customer question and request.
