Key Responsibilities: Post Contract
* Draft estimates for review and finalization with senior management.
* Preparation of BOQ including drafting Preambles / General Requirements.
* Undertake market review / research for compiling and updating unit rates for estimating.
* Responsible for on-site and off-site quantity verifications and confirmation with regards to payments and variation works.
* Responsible for preparing, checking and verifications of all invoices of the said sub packages on site.
* Check the materials on and off site and verified delivery and acceptance from the client's representative for payment approval.
* Prepare and maintain records of all subcontractors agreement and payments.
* Preparation of Cost to Complete and Cost value reconciliation report (CVR)
* Prepare and maintain cash flow forecasts for Subcontract works.
* Prepare & Submit Interim Payment Application for every month.
* Prepare & Submit maintain records for VO and claims.
* Prepare Final Account with supporting documents.
* Assist to Prepare and submit the EOT and Prolongation cost claim.

Pre & Post Contract Responsibilities
- Valuing the variation pursuant to the clauses in the form of contract.
- Involving the joint measurement with
Consultant's QS to evaluate the site progress.
- Preparing the Interim Payment Certificates
(IPC).
- Managing the subcontractor procurement:
sending request for proposal (RFP),
evaluating the offers and recommending the
successful bidder.
- Drafting the subcontractor agreement.
- Certifying the subcontractor's Payment
Certificate.
- Taking-off quantities for different purposes
such as variation, IPC, subcontracting works
etc. using the AutoCAD and method of
measurement.
- Attend various meetings such as internal management meetings, supplier meetings, subcontractors, consultants & client.
- Exposure to several condition of contracts
and methods of measurements.
