□ Supervise and Coordinate with the Department Heads / Assigned Representative for the timesheets and verify details such as overtime, attendance, absence- sheets, attendance slips, duty commencement, medical certificates provided prior to entering into the payroll system (HR.NET & Web HR)

□ Calculating and verifying leave settlements and final settlements as per the labor-law
□ Updating the approval adjustment of salaries, benefits, position and Rewards in the HRIS System.
□ Preparation of periodical manpower reports, salary reports, case studies, comparison analysis to Management for information, guidance and corresponding action.
□ Follow up and verifying monthly Ticket & Hotel Reservation Expenses.
□ Providing assistance with queries raised by HR staff or employees seeking clarifications in their settlements & Monthly Payroll
□ Pay card or Savings Bank account issuance support to newly hired employees.
□ Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data other mandatory information in HRIS.

□ Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.

□ Process monthly timesheet using the commands in the system/software; and assist the Cost Control department for any clarification or required documentation to reconcile actual cost with the budget cost
□ Getting the approval of the concerned signatories (HR Manager, Accounts Manager and managing director); provide clarifications if required.
□ Preparation of WPS SIF files for transferring employee’s salaries and settlements.
□ Attending to grievances and other employee concerns and provide necessary advice and/or coordinate with the HRM or concerned line manager to investigate and arrange disciplinary actions to erring employees.

□ Reviewing recommendations request for adjustment of salaries, benefits, position and Rewards through HRIS documentary analysis.
□ Conducting documentary analysis of the background, qualifications, performance ratings, and history of the employees who are recommended for promotion, demotion or change of trade and assisting the HR Manager in decision making.
□ Preparation of periodical manpower reports, salary reports, case studies, comparison analysis to HR Manager for information, guidance and corresponding action
□ Providing assistance with queries raised by HR staff or employees seeking clarifications in their settlements; and participate in the periodical Audit conducted by the Group Office
□ Identifying training needs and finding providers and designing training schedule for employees requested by respective departments and Perform training effectiveness evaluations upon completion of trainings
□ Assisting in identifying staff gap, recruit, interviews and select applicants.
□ Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with understaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures.
□ Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives.
□ Negotiate bargaining agreements and help interpret labor contracts.
