• Support organizations for KNPC and KOC pre-qualification
• Support organizations for CAPT certification

Process mapping - PR/PO process, identifying the gaps and areas for potential
improvement, reducing paper consumption by utilizing SAP system
Customer Database consolidation - in order to convert leads into prospects for
MES department
Material Cost reduction - working on shifting similar tasks carried out by all
projects sites and having a centralized unit for receiving PR from project site,
creating RFQs and sending to Suppliers, receiving quotations, carrying out price
comparison and creating PO for the Supplier. This centralized unit will also be
responsible for vendor negotiation
Familiar with creation of PR, sending RFQs to vendors, carrying out Price
comparison, choosing vendor based on Lowest price/quality, creation of PO,
approval matrix, coordinating with vendors to receive materials, Goods
Requisition Sheet, creation of MTV to issue material to site, coordinating with
Accounts/Finance for vendor payment

support functions. This includes conducting 5S events, 5S training for Shop floor
staff, workshop engineers, technicians, as well as Top management, 5S
assessments through monthly audits
Standards - Develop Standards on Tetrapak and Ice-cream machines through
time and motions studies using Standard work sheets
CI - Defects reduction using tool for Continuous Improvement (i.e Prioritization
using Pareto Chart, Problem description with sketch, 5W-1H, and Root Cause
Analysis)
Manpower utilization - assessment and optimization across shop-floor,

OEE data analysis - Availability, Performance, Quality factors variability with
