• Project Summary : The Project is part of the overall Lusail project being developed by Qatari Diar to create a new city of 200, 000 people on 35 square kilometers of land to the north of Doha, Qatar. The Lusail Light Railway Transit System project comprises the following works: 4 tramway operating lines, 17.8km of double track at grade, 8.2km of single track at grade, 6.6km of underground double track in cut and cover tunnel, 22 stations at grade, 7 underground stations: 4 at Marina District, 1 at Entertainment City, 1 at Energy City and 1 at Qatar Petroleum District, 1 viaduct crossing over the North Road and the regional railway including the structure for a possible elevated interconnection station, 1 depot, maintenance / storage facility and test track, 34 tramway vehicles utilizing both catenary and catenary free technology. • Project Summary : The Project Is Doha City Centre Expansion 3 High Rise Towers of 50 Floors and Basement (Three Floors) Parking Areas, With 2 Full-Areas Connecting Building of 8 Floors Podiums, Hotels under the Names: Shangri-La, Rotana, Merweb

• Field inspection and QA/QC monitoring.

• Planning, coordinating and supervise in plumbing & fire fighting works for building system construction.
• Checking conceptual design drawing and review the shop drawing for site work base on the Specification Statement.
• Assign the work to the workforce at site and give them instructions.
• To Coordinate MEP services in Shop Drawings as well as in site along with Structural and Architectural services.
• Taking responsibility in construction site for installation of the mechanical and electrical equipment in building service and utilities system.
• Responsible for scheduling inspection of site, raise RFI's in case of disagreement in design, coordinating activities, managing work tasks of supervisors.
• Make material available at site on time, coordinating with purchase department and suppliers.
• Attending technical meetings with Project Managers, Technical Manager and consultant, solving issues Minuted and also schedule work structure in advance.
• Communicate with consultants and solve the technical errors if it is necessary to complete the work.
• Submit monthly report to Project Manager on work status at site.
• Can make decisions regarding safety of systems and can work within specified standards.
• Work with other team members to meet project time and coordinate goals.
