• Am an MBA graduate from Bharathiyar University specialized in HR with 1 Year UAE Experience, and more than 3 years in India.
• Earlier I was into HR Coordination and am a good team player.
• Following are the areas which am working currently in my present organization.
• Recruitment: - Handling recruitment for various levels like Entry level, mid-level and senior level. Replacement Hiring's within the specified time frames.
• Coordinating managers and candidates for telephonic and face to face discussions.
• Preparing offer letters for the newly selected candidates.
• Preparing Job descriptions for each and every positions open in the company.
• Induction, Training & Development:- Conduct Induction for all new joiners .Coordinate with training team to prepare training plan for all level of employees,
• Performance Reviews & Appraisals: - KRA & JD freezing for every role, Annual Performance reviews of Employees, Coordination with Different Dept. to complete Performance reviews in time, PMS Data Management & Documentations.
• Employee relation & Employee retention: - Develop and organize employee connect programs leading to growth in employee morale and retention, Recognitions and awards Milestone celebrations. Coordination with the Medical insurance company to facilitate medical facilities to employees, Birthday celebrations. Organizing employee Day out etc. Grievance Management by identifying and resolving issues. Visiting the sites and interacting with labors and employees to know the issues.
