• Responsible for successful deployment and execution of the IOT/AI/BMS projects at the Clients Locations.
• Monitor and Analyses project metrics to identify weaknesses or problems and to propose operational improvements and cost savings for future projects.
• Supervise the progress and performance of the BMS Projects execution all over UAE.
• Oversee the P&L; monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources and prioritize spending.

• Managed the ELV (BMS, CCTV, ACS & LCS) system commissioning activities in Raidah Digital City (RDC-ITCC) Project, Riyadh. o Led project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities. o Managed a team of 30 staffs in the commissioning of 4 system in 25 buildings. o Ensured scope compliance by coordinating between Technical Team and Contractors, Consultants & Client. o Assisted in all system approvals and final handing over to end-user. o Supported in the T&C and the project closure of the LV & MV system in RDC. o Managed service contracts and projects with fit-out contractors in RDC.
• Handled the fast-track project with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC). o Unique project to remotely monitor the load and analyze the power consumption in 100 non-residential sites throughout KSA. o Coordinated with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of materials. o Supported Finance in monthly invoicing, collection of payments and identification of WIP and CTC. o Managed a team of 8-12 people in installation, T&C, inspection & removal of panels across 4 regions in KSA o Successfully handed over, with SEC approvals on 20+ close-out documents.
• Managed the ELV (BMS, CCTV, ACS, LCS & FAS) System implementation in King Khalid University Project, Abha
• Remote site with sole person from company handling 3 phases of the project.
• Monitored and reviewed all Project/Program economics to include costs, operational budgets, staffing requirements, sub-contractors, resources, and risk.
• Assisted in system designs and reviewed the final design.
• Secured all approvals of material, design and drawings of 5 system of 21 buildings.
• Tracked the LPOs, procurement, deliveries, invoicing and payments.
• Managed the Schneider channel partners / subcontractors to meet agreed standards.
• Dealt with 4 main contractors, 2 MEP contractors, 2 channel partners, 1 subcontractor, 2 consultants and 1 client.
• Supported the MV/LV PM in Power system scope (Busway, Transformer, UPS, LV Panels).
• Assisted Project Manager on all technical and financial aspects of project.
