Arrange for shipping Documentation. Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of cargo.
Tracking and tracing of cargo in transit. Trace lost or misdirected Cargo.
Providing and advising to clients on import shipments and their enquiries.
Updating Clients regular status (Shipment Status - Arrival Notification)
Issuing Delivery Order (Manually & Micro Clear).
Coordinating with clearance staff in port for customs clearance, ministry approvals, timely delivery of shipments. Coordinating with transporter & arranging transportation (Trucks & Trailers) to various areas in Kuwait.
Updating consignee the clearance status via phone, email & social media.
Opening manual job files / copying / filing correspondence, voucher entry for third parties, company staff.
Open Bookings & Jobs in Cargowise one system.
Invoicing Customers (Cargowise one) & sending original & via email. Closing Job (Cargowise one).
Identifying opportunities in market & forward them to sales team.
