Manage all procurement correspondence in/out especially KOC letters ( ALl English Documents ) regarding more than 7 different projects. Mange all purchase orders and invoices with subcontractors. maintain schedules and calendars Arrange and confirm appointments Organize internal and external events Handle incoming mail and other material Set up and maintain filing systems hard copy and soft copy Editing designs ( if required ).
Handling all office work including Marketing and procurement including Artificial supervission ( Art Director ) and some Public relation tasks 1. Manages the day-to-day related issues. 2. Recommends amendments to Administrator Policies and Procedures to ensure they meet the business needs and are in line with local laws. Rolls out to and ensures implementation by all staff and management. 3. Provides event reports on e.g. carnival’s, campaigns & development of student studies 4.
