Responsibilities:
- Reviewing and designing architectural and engineering plans both internal and external works.
- Review and approves shop drawings, technical inquiry and material submittals.
- Ensuring all plans are compliant with project specifications, governmental health and safety regulations.
- Researching and maintaining knowledge of various engineering disciplines, application methodologies, and materials.
- Monitoring the work of other Architects and making recommendations or scheduling workshops as required.
- Providing guidance to subcontractors like builders, hvac, plumbers, and electricians and helping them interpret design specifications.
- Liaising with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner, and that project requirements are met.
- Ensuring the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
- Acting as a mentor to new Architects and helping them fine-tune their design skills and improve their industry knowledge.
- Networking and consulting with various industry professionals.

Royal Oman Police New General Hospital
The project entails the construction of a tertiary care general hospital with a built-up area of approximately 90, 000 sq. m, to accommodate approximately 450 beds in the first phase, expandable to 600 beds in the future.
The medical services established in the Project cover all medical and surgical specialties ands sub-specialties, and related ancillary and support services.

Senior Architect (Building, Interior) Responsible for the on-site architectural integrity and internal / External interfacing.
Primary responsibilities shall be:
• Assist Construction Manager with on-site activities related to architectural works.
• Following / executing work progress activities.
• Directs and reviews different shop drawings and other architectural activities.
• Approving the sub-contractor shop drawing and issued for site execution, in co-ordination with all the related trades involved the project.
• In charges of all quality control aspect of architectural works.
• Direct monitor all field activities to ensure compliance with the project schedules.
• Co-ordinate with the consultant between different trades to ensure non-disruption of works.
• Coordinate with Consultant to obtain the approvals of all architectural shop drawings as well as material related to architectural works.
• Identify critical problem areas and recommended viable solution.
• Ensure full compliance with safety requirements.
• Responsible for finishing mock-ups and all other finishing schedule as per contract.
• Ensure that all the works are executed in accordance with contact requirements, approved submittals, mock-ups, samples, method statements and other quality control aspects.

Responsibilities:
- Review of Architectural, Structural & MEP commented Design Drawing.
- Implement Corrective Procedure for Production of Shop Drawings as Approved Commented Design Drawing.
- Design Coordination for Architectural Drawing together with the Allied Engineering Drawings.
- Coordinate Design Issues with respective to other Allied Engineering Disciplines to resolve the disputes before issuing the Shop Drawing for Construction.
- Prepare Method Statement/Construction Procedures.
- Assist CAD operator for preparing model design for Architectural working drawing.
- Preparing Sketches for Construction Design Changes.
- Preparing Sketch Solution for Design Problem occur during construction face.
- Monitoring CAD Operator in As Built Process.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing Architectural working drawings.
- Main Technical Adviser on a construction site for subcontractors.
- Oversees Setting out plan, leveling and survey of project site.
- Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.
- Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications.
- Managing, monitoring and interpreting the contract design documents supplied by the client or architect;
- Liaising with clients and their representatives (Architects & Engineers), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress;
- Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
- Examination for the approval of Material Inspection, Request for Inspection.
- Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise during Construction.
