• Overall responsible for Tender participation of the Company for all construction projects.
• Quantity Estimates referring to drawing to prepare BOQ (Pre-tender and post-tender) by Scaling or use of Autocad Software.
• Pricing of BOQ according to specification and comparison of Subcontractor/Supplier Quotations.
• Enquire, collect and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers based on specification, drawings and project requirements.
• Providing technical support to site by reviewing project specification & drawings.
• Casual Project Planning using Primavera P6 & creating Shop/As Built Drawings AutoCAD.
• Preparation of all Submittals (Material Submittal, Method Statement, Shop Drawing submittals, Documents submittals, etc) for consultant approval.
Projects:
• 6-Storey Mid-rise Condominium Building - One Spatial Project (Composed of 7 Residential Buildings)
Description:
• In charge with the whole site. Addressing to all site concerns. Making sure all specifications on plans are being executed on site.
• Concreting and formworks supervision. Estimates of concrete volume and making sure of strong formworks installed before concreting
• Punchlist of finishing works before turnover to Project developer.
• Estimates of quantities based on plans before purchase orders.
• In-charge with formworks requests and estimates to be installed and inspection of installed formworks and scaffoldings.
• In charge with all testing and certifications.
• Coordination with Main office, Project Developer and Sub-Contractors thru meetings and reports.
• Inspection of installed rebar to comply with the plan specifications.
• Evaluation of subcontractors’ billings and preparation of accomplishment reports for Main office and Project developer.
• Warehouse management, monitoring of construction materials quantity and schedule of deliveries.
• In charge with all manpower

• Land Development Project @ Amaia Steps Nuvali - MDC Build Plus+
(Experience in Site. Road works, water system, fire protection line, drainage system, sewer system)
• Structure Project @ Amaia Steps Novaliches - MDC Build Plus+
(Construction of Sewage Treatment Plant)

•Office works, coordination with main office for submittals of project site reports
•Supervision of safety on site ongoing works
