Currently working as a Retail Architect for Shoemart Landmark group.
• Design and develop retail store for Shormart Landmark group UAE. Plan and implement the retail
boutiques across the Middle east region with team of four junior architects. Responsibilities include
Overseeing the lease, Surveying the site in accordance with the lease and checking the feasibility,
Coordinating with Principals, Coordinating with Mall team for design approvals, Budgeting,
Preparing BOQ, Floating Tender, Reviewing tender documents, Awarding Job, Ordering shop
fittings from Principal appointed supplier from abroad, Coordinating with shop fitters from abroad
and get all the shop fittings installed, Checking the quality of work, Finalizing and settling the bill
of contractors, Handover to operations team.
