•Role and Responsibilities as CSD Unit Head:

•Generate Sales Order from JDE system.
•Release order for delivery and submit to warehouse for loading.
•Booking the Trucks and Trails for loading through CLD department.
•Communicate with Customer and Sales regarding the delivery date/appointment.
•Making Credit Note for the return receive from Customer.
•Follow-up with WHS regarding daily delivery.
•Prepare shortage list for releasing BACK order.
•Release Back Order from JDE system.
•Print pick slip for loading.
•Sent shortage list before generate orders.
•Making Credit note memo for the return received from each driver.
•Follow-up with drivers over the phone till the delivery made.
•Report request from each concern sales team manager and follow-up for each quarries
•Receiving customer stamped INVOICE in JDE system and sent for Archive Department & SALES team..
•RTV printing and collection from customer
•Making Invoice for delivery.
•Proper follow-up with Sales Team and Merchandisers Team regarding delivery.
•Delivery schedule on daily base with all concern in Sales and Merchandising team.
•Prepare DAILY Sales Analysis Report on daily base.
•Prepare KPI’s Report on monthly.
•Prepare Manufacturing and logistics executive Report
•Prepare Back Order Analysis report daily & monthly.
•Monitor and assist each CSD officer in all sectors(M.T.TT, Remote Area and Affiliates)
•Prepare vacation plan for drivers and helpers.




•Role and Responsibilities as HR Associate:

•Formulating & benchmarking functional best practices to focus on development of abilities to meet present and future goals and mission set by the organization.
•Instituting change management practices in the organization. Including organizational restructuring & manpower rationalization Initiatives.
•Planning human resource requirements in consultation with heads of different functional & operational areas and conducting selection interviews.
•Monitoring the employee's salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between cost control and attracting & retaining staff. Researching and analyzing salary rates and benefits offered by other employers in the same sector.
•Managing the appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating Performance Appraisal system linked to Rewards.
•Conceptualizing & developing the T&0 Initiatives for Improving productivity, building capability and quality enhancement with focus on experiential training. Negotiating and amicably settling disputes with the Union and maintaining discipline & harmonious working environment across all employee levels.
•Monitoring statutory compliance. Liaising with external agencies. Govt. authorities. agencies for visualizing managerial grip & maintaining industrial relations.
