Key responsibilities: « Conduct safety inspection & make sure safety programs are in place in all areas + Update Hazard Identification Risk Assessment, Detection and control (HIRADC) « Update environmental aspect impact « Monitor legal permits and secure requirements « In-charge of Housekeeping & Security team + In charge of communication in the area ( PABX, Telephone System ) « in-charge of tenant complaints + submission of quarterly and semi-annual reports to DENR ( Department of Environment and Natural Resources )
