Coordinating all electro-mechanical activities with various teams on site,
Review the shop drawings, construction details, product data, material samples, inspection plans, method statements, delivery schedules to confirm requirements of the project,
Reviewing submittals prior of submission to the consultant
Ensuring the civil obstruction have been cleared to MEP contractor to proceed MEP activities,
Ensure a harmonious working relationship between Contractor and Consultants understanding that open communication and team work are to be promoted and that an adversarial management style will be deter mental project,
Coordinating between MEP and Civil drawings at site,

Capable handling multiple project. Familiar with Plumping, Electrical, Mechanical, Safety systems, Fire fighting systems, Security card Access, CCTV, HVAC, BMS, Systems,
Co-ordination and attending the meetings with clients, consultants, contractor& supplier,
Monitoring the work as per specification of local and international standards,
Having Background in organizing, coordinating & motivation of personal,
Identification of subcontractors and suppliers, collecting quotations & close coordination with subordinates,
Attending the authority inspection as per projects schedule,
Attending the all the testing& commissioning of MEP services
