• Head of Electronics Security Division
• End-to-end management of a project from designing systems to executing the complete solution on-site.
• Responsible for relationship building with Security & ID consultants, preparing specifications, consulting on special hardware as per customer requirements.
• Handling international brands such as dormakaba, Lenel, Dorlet, Devon, FGV, Henderson, LMA, Southern Folger and electrified hardware for security systems.
• Consulting on door-to-door requirement as per the codes and civil defense standards.
• Offering competitive solutions based on the new product lines introduced by the competition.
• Responsible for meeting potential Clients, Consultants, Architects, System Integrator, MEP Contractors to offer technical solutions & services related to their individual requirement and opening new accounts.
• Managing and leading the team members; allocating resources among team members and guiding team members during the project phase, until final handing over. Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the project risk plan based on the project execution stages.
• Monitoring & Updating the Operations Head on each of the accounts handled on day to day & weekly basis.
• Updating the CRM and provide support to the sales team in coordinating with the consultants during project phases.
• Perform product demonstrations and presentations in support of the product solutions offered.
• Delivering and implementing the project as per scheduled deadlines; extending post-implementation and maintenance support to the technical support team and client.
• Introduce all ELV systems and their integration with other products through effective direct communication & involvement of consultants, architects, government or regulatory authority bodies and their projects that are planned to release.
• To plan, manage and coordinate the successful implementation of each individual project.
• Engaging all relevant stakeholders (End user consultants, architects, clients) during the delivery process to ensure that the operational and capacity constraints are observed.
• Work in conjunction with the Line Manager and project engineers in the development of overall project procurement strategy, sequencing, phasing and logistics.
• Ensuring all the products are in compliance to the regulatory authority and the final deliverable is aligned with the project timelines and endorsed from the end user.
• Handling the A to Z of a project starting with the designing & estimating the solution, material compliance, approval documents, procurement & identifying the material quality according to the RFQ, BOQ provided or even design according to the client requirement. Negotiations with the client to closing the deal with the best offer.
• Ensuring the project compliance with the client requirements and policies of safety and security.
• Completion of the assigned projects within the defined scope and timelines.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of the project monthly report.
Achievements:
A direct representative for STANLEY-Black & Decker Security Solutions (UK) & INFINTEPLAY (Italy) products in the MENA region. Achieving new customer projects and approvals for products from governmental regulatory authorities which lead to the acceleration of the present business to higher levels.
• Estimations for all ELV systems were provided with best possible solutions and technical support according to the client requirements - based on BOQ /drawings/explaining the site conditions.
• Design, generate BOQ and cost estimate for Fire Alarm, PAVA systems, CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarm, AV systems, SMATV, Structured cabling etc. from a basic concept. Good knowledge about IT /Telecommunication/ Low Voltage Systems and its functioning.
• Ability to develop viable, working integration matrix, showing the interface between the above systems, along with the arrangement schematics.
• Technically & commercially evaluate vendor offers and prepare comparative statements. To meet the tough bidding time frame of clients and internal departments.
• Providing estimated solutions for integration of CCTV system with wireless solutions, Access control with Gate Barrier/Turnstiles/Key Management, Intercom and Gate Barrier systems etc. And also checking its compatibility issues.
• Compile tender documents with full commercial & contractual understanding. All systems are given technical support over the phone or by directly consulting the client. Attend clarification meetings with client / consultant.
• Knowledge and understanding of Honeywell products to develop solutions that meet customer’s requirements

Working on multiple governmental projects related to the aviation industry and able to complete the assigned projects within the defined scope and timelines. Appreciation for excellent coordination skills and completing multiple projects within the defined time-frame.

I'm immensely proud to have been a part of this organization since its budding stage. It's was an idea developed in 2011, by a few young entrepreneurs (including myself) and turned out to be an award-winning start-up organization in the domain of Robotics & Embedded System- related to Security Solutions. Being awarded the best start-up organization in the region and being elected as the Team-Head for the start-up company when it was in the budding stage.
