Seeking for the quality clients and give them the information about what is the company doing then invite them to the showroom to have the presentation and attract them to invest properties in Dubai with our company.
Achieve excellent standards of customer service in the department by directing and coaching the sales team, and leading by example on the shop floor.
Ensure that company standards of grooming, presentation and professional conduct are set and maintained.
Motivate team members to achieve shared goals and acknowledge team and individual successes.
Support the Store Manager in development of the team.
Check the request and solve the problems of every program department everyday, communicate between the department managers and the staffs in the programs, give the managers the latest information about the program, and follow up the work which is the managers given to do immediately, organize the team-based activities.
Give the information to the student and guide them to choose the level of the training course which is suit them and also doing some administrative clerk's work.
