Duties and Responsibilities:
•Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
•Collect payments from customers.
•Write patrons food orders on order slips, memorize orders, or enter orders into computers for transmittal to kitchen staff.
•Prepare checks that itemize and total meals costs and sales taxes.
•Take orders from patrons for food or beverages.
•Serve food or beverages to patrons and prepare or specialty dishes at tables as required.
•Present menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request.
IN CHARGE
Duties and Responsibilities:
•Receive, distribute and maintain adequate quantities of stocks at all times.
•Maintain optical stock levels.
•Maintain stock and consumption records.
•Check incoming materials for quality and quantity against invoices or other documents.
•Disposes of expired and waste stock according to the current procedure.
•Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
•Promote inventory related awareness programs.
CASHIER
Duties and Responsibilities
•Greet the customers as they arrive in the store and provide them information about products.
•Take payment in exchange of items sold.
•Bag, box and wrap purchased items.
•Handles cash and receipts for the sale of merchandise by performing duties such as counting the float, balancing cash, providing change, sorting and securing cash.
•Processes exchange and refunds.
•Counting the cash floats at the end and beginning of each shift.
•Closing the till and making the daily sales and summary report of each shift.
that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment which includes greetings and acknowledging every customer, maintaining solid product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service.
•Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
•Answering queries from the customers
•Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers

•Assist in floor moves and merchandising, display maintenance and housekeeping
•Upselling and cross selling to achieve sales targets.
