 Technical discussions with client and consultants, regarding requirements, analysis, design, development, testing and implementation.
 Review of P&ID, design deliverables, cable routing, tray routings, Instrument hook-up, location plans etc.; leads the Instrument team in over all planning & execution of site activities along with accurate material management.
 Lead Instrument primary, secondary cable pulling, executed the installation of various types of Junction Boxes, Cable tray routing, Stanchions, Instruments, Skids, Panels, PLC’s, smart transmitters, Analyzer Shelters etc., adhered with Quality standards of client and end user.
 Lead in pre calibration and post calibration procedures of Smart transmitters, Control valves, Temperature sensors, Pressure safety valves etc.
 Responsible for Preparation, submission and follow up of RFI, closing check sheets and punch clearance.
 Responsible for preparation of as-builts, red mark up drawings.

 Reviewing and analyzing of instrumentation drawings such as location layouts, P&I diagrams, hook ups and schedules for overall project analysis and modification recommendations.
 Review of Design deliverables (cable routing, hook-up, location plans etc.)
 Field Instrumentation, Calculations & Sizing, Instrument I/O and serial I/O list.
 Installation of various types of smart transmitters and Analyzers.
 Erection of PLC panels and interlinking with existing panels.
 Installation and pre commissioning of electronic and pneumatic instruments.
 Tie In & Migration of existing systems with new systems.
 RFI follow up, check sheet, and punch list clearance.
 Red mark up’s, Billing & Material reconciliation.

DESIGNATION : PROJECT ENGINEER (Site Administrator).

RESPOSIBILITIES:

 Technical discussions with client and consultants, regarding requirements, analysis, design, development, testing and implementation.
 Rate quoting, Quotation submission, Discussion with client & acquirement of Contract.
 Review and analyzing of instrumentation drawings such as location layouts, P&I diagrams, hook ups and schedules for overall project analysis and modification recommendations.
 Procurement of machineries, Instruments, tools, consumables, Steels structures etc.
 Calibration, installation, testing, repairing, pre-commissioning and trouble shooting of Instrumentation and Electrical related equipments.

 Leading Loop checking of HART & FOUNDATION FIELDBUS instruments, prior to commissioning.
