Responsible for performing Service, Commissioning, Technical Support, Training, and Engineering of MSA, General Monitors, Gassonic & Senscient Fixed Fire & Gas Detection Systems and Portable Gas Detectors for customers and channel partners in the region.
o Commissioning of MSA/GM Control Systems and Notifier Fire Alarm Panels.
o Product Selection, Design, Programming, System Configuration, I/O Scheduling, FAT, Commissioning and SAT of MSA & GM FGFD products and control systems.
o Generation of Sales Leads from the inputs from end-users.
o Coordination with Inside Sales and Sales Team for effective fulfilment of potential opportunities identified during site visits.
o Preparation of techno-commercial proposals for modification and upgradation of existing FGFD Control Systems.
o Promotion of AMCs and service business over the region.
o Development of Authorized Service Centers over the region.
o Review Tender Documents, Technical Specifications and Drawings.
o Preparation of Engineering Documents like Instrument Datasheets, Cause & Effect Matrix, Power Calculation, BOM, MRB, ITP, SPIR, FAT and SAT documents of FGFD projects.
o Respond to clients’ technical queries and clarifications.
o Evaluate, respond and finalize the techno-commercial proposals and queries received from clients, 3rd party suppliers and subcontractors.
o Coordinating Project, Inside Sales and Service Team for effective and smooth implementation of projects.
o Supporting on future product development, features and functions to customers.
Ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of Inspection, Testing and Maintenance of Fire & Gas and other monitoring systems in GASCO (ADNOC Gas Processing) Habshan-5 & Habshan Sulphur Granulation Plant (HSGP).
o Planning and Coordination and Supervision of the activities and resources for day-to-day activities of the F&G maintenance team (20 members).
o Preparation, Scheduling, Rooting and Completion of Work Orders, preparation of Purchase Order and Material Request.
o Participating in the preparation and review of various performance reports such as
Preliminary Failure and Root Cause Analysis etc. Monitor the effectiveness of PM programs and recommend changes as required.
o Ensure consistent implementation of work methods and procedures used in maintenance and engineering recommends improvements. Ensure systematic update in MAXIMO CMMS system.
o Monitoring the quality and performance of the gaseous extinguishing systems against the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and ensure continuous improvement of service.
o Participating in the preparation and review of Project Risk Assessment/Impact Assessments.
o Conversant with the Tyco, GASCO & ADNOC QHSE policies and emergency procedures.
o Executing project with due attention to Quality, Health, Safety and Environment and Liaise with the Company Quality and HSE Manager on all aspects of Quality and Safety.
o Have solid experience in a wide verity of F&G Instruments like Smoke (Optical, Ionization & Beam), Heat (RR, Fixed & Linear), Flame (UV, IR/UV & IR3), Hydrocarbon (Catalytic & IR), H2S (EChem & MOS), Open Path (Combustible & H2S), O2, SO2 & H2 Detectors, VESDA, Fire Alarm Control Panels - FACP (Addressable & Conventional), Inergen, CO2, FM200 & Halon Fire Suppression System, Deluge and Sprinkler System of prominent manufacturers like General Monitors, MSA, Honeywell, Det-Tronics, Gassonic, Senscient, Sieger, Kiddie, Detcon, Simtronics, Fire Sentry, Protectowire, Tyco, Notifier, Simplex, Silvani, Fike, Ansul, Xtralis, Vibro-Meter, Apollo, Thorn, Cooper-MEDC & Fenwel.
• Worked as Commissioning Engineer in Petrofac & GS JV’s NGL-4 Project of GASCO, Ruwais.
• Pre-Commissioning, Loop Checking, SAT (Yokogawa Prosafe RS & Centum VP) and Commissioning of Field Instruments, F&G system and Analyzers.
• Site Supervising, Manpower handling, Material handling, preparing as built drawings, ITR raising and preparation of invoice & documents at site.
• Preparation, raising and follow up of RFI, check sheets and punch list clearance.
• Tie in & Migration of existing systems with new systems.

• Maintenance of ESD, FSD & PSD Panels.
