1. Examine and troubleshoot network/telecom hardware and service errors. (Hardware errors, logs, etc.)
2. Monitor system and network performance. (Processor, memory, network throughput, bandwidth utilization, etc.)
3. Administer servers and network hardware, plan and perform scheduled maintenance activities. (Backup, restore, update, troubleshoot, etc.)
4. Assemble, install and configure systems and network devices.
5. Investigate, diagnose, repair, replace parts and solve hardware and software issues.
6. Register helpdesk requests, attend calls and provide technical support to users.
7. Fill checklists, develop reports using intelligence tools and collaborate with other IT staff to maintain standards.
8. Liaise with vendors and IT personnel for problem resolution and new system implementation.
9. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and technical developments.
10. Perform any other activity or responsibility assigned.
