• Consulting with client regarding any Technical clarification in the project Drawings and Contract.
• Preparation of AS-BUILT Drawings as per the site condition.
• Preparing submittals for sub contracting works.
• Designed project plans and scheduled work timelines.
• Coordinates with the procurement department for material selection and submittals.
• Execution of 480 Cubic meter Glass lined Steel tank (GLS) for sea water line storage.
• Execution of Fiberglass reinforced Plastics (FRC) tanks for Gasoline and Diesel for underground storage (UST).
• Execution of Fixed roof tanks for water storage.
• Execution of floating roof tank of 30 meters dia and 10 meters height for Gasoline storage (AST).
• Execution of Pressure Vessels for Reverse osmosis (RO) plant.
• Execution storage tank for Underground Chemical storage drain line.
• Execution of fire fighting system ( Sprinkler system, Fire Hose reel, Fire hydrant, HDPE piping and buried gate valves )
• Execution of Fuel station tank piping system, Sanitary Lift station and water and Fire pump station.
• Execution HVAC system( Duct Installation, package unit, Desert cooler and cassette type )
• Execution of chilled water line and pump station.
• Execution of Compressed air pipe line for pneumatic machines.
• Execution of potable water line (PVC and PPR piping).
• Execution of drinking water line
• Develops Mechanical Engineering Proposals for project.
• Assist the Estimation Department with respect to Mechanical Engineering estimation needs.
• Ensured appropriate installation Performance with regular Supervisory visits.
• Preparation of weekly progress report.
• Assist in HVAC, Fire fighting and sanitary drainage system.
• Handling client and reporting progress.
Direct, monitor and control MEP Contractor activities.
• Ensure MEP Subcontractors adhere with relevant Quality.
