is a highly successful entrepreneurial Group Company in the Service Industry, creating to
the Copying, Drafting and Document Management requirements of leading Architectural
Engineering Consultants, Civil / MEPD / Contractors and Power Plant Projects.
* Professional coordination with other departments, increasingly acting as a consultancy
professional, assisting line managers implementing procedures and policies.
* Handling all types of renewals, resident permit, work permit, emirates id and passports
of around 300 employees & families
* Coordinate with personnel & PRO for all resident permit / work permit and relevant
documents of employee’s renewal on timely basis.
* Conducting interviews and shortlisting and Preparing offer letter.
* Knowledge of Dubai & JAFZA visa procedures.
* Responding to staff queries on visa/labour/passport related matters.
* Responsible for employee’s final settlement as per UAE labour law and their
cancellation of work permit and residence permit.
* Administering payroll system and maintaining staff related records.
* Administering punctuality & overtime records of employees on daily basis.
* Arranging medical services & insurance to every employee of the organisation.
* Coordinating with regularizing business tour visa through PRO.
