Development & Presentation of Re-insurance strategy, Retention limit to Board, Regulators on annual basis and update on periodic basis.
•Review of QX / Reinsurance rates in the bordereau reports and test the Accuracy of calculation of standard and substandard rates in the bordereau reports

•Preparing request notes, closing particulars and finalizing agreement of facultative placement.
•Coordinating Reinsurance Surveys with world renowned Risk Consultants
•Management and adjustments of Facultative, SU (Surplus), QS (Quota Share) Treaties and Analysis of different retention levels
