•Responsible for the Service Sales business of Gulf Region & Africa across FVC.
•Create and implement sales strategies to meet self and company targets.
•Responsible for Product Certification Training Sales and co-ordination with Vendors/
Partners.
•Maintain warm relationship with IT Partners/Resellers by providing support, information, and
guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and
service improvements.
•Integrate closely with other internal departments including business development, Credit
Department, Marketing, Orders Team & Procurement·
•Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
•Liaising with partners/ Vendors and making sure weekly/bi-monthly/ monthly forecast and
commitments are met, in terms of targets
