•Responsible for planning and scheduling all MEP activities to achieve the timely completion of project
•Making take off to assist procurement, planning resources (man power, material), assisting and provide relevant information, site condition with the design team to produce detail design and shop drawing prior to new instruction from consultant.
•Implementing strict adherence to safety rules an regulation, participating safety tool box meeting to enforce safety regulation for the individual in site
•Reduce the waste of material and man hour to increase the productivity.
•Coordinate and communicate with all disciplines (civil, fit out, millworks, other building services department) to lead construction phase without delay.
•Ensuring the work is executed according to contract specification, approved shop drawing, method of statement and standards like NFPA, IPC, SMACNA, and ASHRE.
•Prepare weekly and monthly progress report, asses them against the project schedule
•To attend the meetings, interacting with clients and consultant regarding status of work, negotiating with them for obtaining approval for modification.
•Measure work done when required, raising request for inspection (RFI) and obtaining the approval from consultant to ensure the quality meets the project specification requirements which ease to final handover.
•Updating drawings list to fit newly approved modification for As-Built drawings.
•Conducting test and commissioning of MEP systems and equipments.
•Assisting QC for the final hand over by preparation of Operational & Maintenance and Training manual, providing Site training for maintenance team.
•Plumbing equipments handled :water meter, water heater, kitchen equipments (hand sink, dishwasher, mop sink, ice maker, eye wash) toilet equipment (WC, Urinal, Hand spray)
•HVAC equipments handled :AHU, FCU, CRAC, Thermal unit, Grease exhaust, Fire damper
•Firefighting equipment handled: Dry sprinkler, wet sprinkler FM 200, Deluge system, Fire hose cabinet, Fire blanket, Fire extinguisher.
• Pre-Sales Activities like Handling project enquiries
• Preparing Quotations, Negotiating with Clients,
• All technical and Commercial support
• Negotiations with Client and Supplier for projects.
• After-Sales Activities like Assistance in installation.

• Responsible for checking and ordering the adequate material needed for the production of the the tyres
• Maintenance of the curing press.
• Visual quality inspection of the tyres produced and approval prior marketing.
• Monitoring the start up of newly plant by contractor.
• In charge of all piping work in the plant.
