Roles and responsibilities
• Providing advice to the contractor regarding project Health safety environmental requirements.
• Reviewing contractor risk assessment, HSE plan, emergency procedures etc...
• Preparing nonconformance report (NCR) against the deviation of HSE standards and procedures.
• Develop, train, monitor, and coach all staff to improve skill levels for managing HSE initiatives.
• Attending project meetings with Client and main contractor, communicate with the Site Manager on HSE issues, and follow up corrective actions.
• Conducting site inspection and preparing inspection report which includes recommendation for corrective and preventive action.
• Monitor and supervise the contractor’s implementation of their approved HSEW plans and systems as it applies to their work

PROJECT: 1 AL Meena residential towers, Abu Dhabi
Description: The main contractor for the Construction of three high-rise buildings consisting of 4 basements, a mezzanine, and 37 floors. Civil and MEP work. Client Foundation property
PROJECT: 2 Clemenceau Medical Centre, Dubai
Description: The main contractor for the construction of a 90-bed general hospital consists of 14 floors and 4 basements. Civil, landscaping and MEP works. Client Clemenceau medical center

Roles and responsibilities
• Preparing and getting Client approval for HSE Plan and Hazard/Risk assessment for all Construction activities including high potential risk and non-routine activities.
• Ensuring that HSE Standards and Procedures are adopted throughout the project and that all activities are fully documented in the project HSE Management Plans.
• Developing and conducting training programs to improve safety performance.
• Investigating and carrying out corrective actions related to safety and environmental issues.
• Providing management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001) support, auditing, and ensuring that audits are completed on schedule and that resultant action plans are implemented.
• Maintaining and revising the environmental aspect and impact register periodically review the department procedures to ensure compliance with the latest impact statements.
• Conducting HSE meetings as per Company HSE plan and taking part in project meetings and highlighting and following up HSE concerns and ensuring Contractors comply.
• Designing, coordinating, and implementing emergency preparedness plans, procedures, and training/drills.
• Ensuring contractor work complies with Dubai municipality code of construction practice and Client HSE requirements.
• Actively lead to put in place safety incentives and other safety promotional programs aim to increase the cooperativeness and safety awareness of site workers.

Consultant for Qatar University student housing project phase 2, Project consist Construction of student housing complex, 10 apartments consist of 4 floors, Male and Female hostels, Central service unit, clubhouse, infrastructure works asphalt road network in approximately 206, 954m2 (51.14 acres) of land, landscaping, and MEP works. Client - Qatar University

PROJECT 2: Ayan Tower, Dafna, Qatar
Description: Consultant for construction of high-rise residential tower comprising of 02 Basement Level and 45 floors plus 3 level Penthouse with total 323 Residential units. Client AYAN Real estate company
Roles and responsibilities
• Providing technical advice and guidance to organizations on how to handle health-related problems and make needed changes.
• Inspect conformity of all operations practiced to current and local Occupational Safety Laws and Specifications.
• Conducting safety walk through with the main contractor, providing adequate advice for improvements, and preparing safety walk-through reports.
• Preparing HSE weekly and monthly report, checking various reports submitted by the main contractor and verifying its adequacy.

PROJECT 1: Navigation Tower Doha
Description: The main contractor for the construction of high-rise buildings consists of 1B+GF+50. Civil,
MEP, landscaping, and maintenance work. Client Qatar Navigation company.
PROJECT 2: The Lusail Development Construction
Description: Construction of roads at Lusail, infrastructure works, Wadi underpass, tunnels T1 and T2, southern and marina interchanges including underpass, bridges, arch, and tunnel. The total length of the roads is 7.5 km. Construction of a 4.6 km deep stormwater tunnel of 2.4-3 m diameter. Client Lusail Real Estate Development company.
PROJECT 3: Passenger Terminal Complex New Doha International Airport (NDIA)
Description: Construction of facilities, building infrastructure, utilities/site improvement for the North Node Building. Client NDIA.
PROJECT 4: NDIA Roadways and Parking CP 14
Description: Construction of the roadways network connecting New Doha International Airport (125-km carriageways) included interchanges and bridge structures, parking lots, airport security fencing, intrusion detection systems, surface water drainage systems, street lighting systems, and culvert protection to existing gas lines. Client NDIA.
Roles and responsibilities
• Inspecting facilities, machinery, and safety equipment to identify and correct potential hazards, and to ensure safety regulation compliance inspections to monitor compliance with legislation, codes of practice, company policy, and procedures.
• Investigating incidents, injuries/illnesses, near misses, fire, property damage, and other related incidents, and issues reports as required.
• Ensuring that HSE Standards and Procedures are adopted throughout the project and that all activities are fully documented in the project HSE Management Plans.
• Investigating and carrying out corrective actions related to safety and environmental issues.
• Assisting the project manager in performing and implementing the site safety rules and workers’ safety responsibilities.
• Provide comprehensive expert and professional OSH advice to the Management.
• Preparing Monthly QHSE reports, quarterly statistics, updating and keeping track of all QHSE documentation.

Roles and responsibilities
• Assisting the project manager in performing and implementing the site safety rules and workers safety responsibilities.
• Designing, coordinating, and implementing emergency preparedness plans.
• Conducting safety walk through with project team and providing adequate advice for improvements and preparing safety walk through reports
• Participating and Conduct investigations for incidents and accidents occurring in the plant and report findings to the management.

PROJECT 1: AL Sahel towers, Abu Dhabi
